Designed and led by two certified instructors Kathy Jen and Amy Krause, Evanston and Glenview group classes accommodate all fitness levels with challenging drills that foster camaraderie among clients. Participants experience improved cardiovascular health, newfound muscle strength and tone, and total body fitness. Energizing workouts have a martial arts influence and range from interval training and circuits, to obstacle courses and boot camp-style drills.
